Hiking Tour - Camino de la Luz Nocturno

We will walk through a magical forest located within the Chichinautzin Biological Reserve. This special tour is prepared for those full moon days in which the moon and the lights from the sorrounding towns will illuminate our path and will cover us with its energy, meanwhile, you walk to our first challenge, an easy 5 m (16 ft) high rappel don't forget to enjoy the wonderous views of Tepoztán. Afterwards, we will find another 3 m (10 ft) high optional rappel.

  • Difficulty: Beginners.
    This tour is suitable for beginners, but you need to be able to hike, climb steps, and possible downclimbing. All of our tours include a rappel class. Some physical fitness is necessary. Being overweight is not recommended.

    In August and September, the tour might be suspended at any moment due to the flood level. River flooding will be checked the day of the tour.

  • Dry-fit shirt (Long-Sleeve optional)
  • Long Lycra pants
  • Shorts(Not pants, sport pants or jeans)
  • Socks(You could use an additional pair to a better adjustment to the tennis shoes)
  • Tennis shoes or hiking shoes are the best options (No sandals or open shoes: Feet must be protected under the water)
  • No jewelry is allowed
  • No fancy watch
  • No cell phone (you can leave it in the vehicle)
  • No sunglasses
  • People with glasses must tie them or not wear them.

    Equipment provided
    Equipment provided by the company must be carried in their own backpack during all activity (if you don't use it ) and is the responsibility of the client.
    Lost equipment must be paid as new.
